Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return refunds:
If your order has shipped or been delivered, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee does not cover return shipping. This covers other costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and rectifying returned items.
Cancellations refunds:
All cancellations on custom logo units made prior to shipment are subject to a 5% processing fee. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to the Return Policy below for more details.
Return Packaging:
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned shipment for the refund to be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as items that are damaged due to misuse or items not in their original condition.

Shipping Information
- Curbside delivery is included on all models (In Lower 48 states) except for the Coldtub(residential). Curbside delivery means the tub will be shipped via LTL freight to the end of your driveway/dock. The tub will arrive in a wooden crate and the customer is responsible for removing the tub from the crate and bringing the tub to their desired location
- For states not in the lower 48 there will be an additional charge for curbside shipping. Once your order is placed your sales rep will contact you to discuss this further
- We do offer a white glove service on all our tubs, in this service they will uncrate the tub, bring it to your desired location and remove the trash. You will be responsible for filling the tub and plugging it in
- Our purple glove service is available via request. This service is the same as white glove except the delivery specialist will fill the tub, plug it in, connect it to Wifi and give you a training on how everything works
