Great post—clear, practical, and easy to follow. I like how you connect physical recovery with mental clarity. The idea of sticking with the discomfort until it becomes something you look forward to is very Geometry Dash Lite energy: lots of quick failures, lots of retries, and then suddenly your focus sharpens and everything clicks. Cold plunges seem to train that same kind of resilience for both body and mind.
